What price range do you cover?
We have no minimum or maximum price bracket.
Do I need to look for properties after I have instructed East Midlands Property Finder?
There is little point in continuing to search for properties yourself as we will do a thorough search of the market.
Our objective is to save you time and effort in trawling around estate agents.
Should I sell my property first?
Depends if you are relying on the sale of your property to fund the purchase of your new home. Having your property
under offer will put you in a better negotiation position.
What happens after the search period of 16 weeks?
We expect to find a suitable property fairly soon after instruction but your registration fee covers our services for up to 16
weeks.
In the unlikely event that we have not found a suitable property in this time frame you can terminate your contact in writing or negotiate an extension of the search time.
What happens if I decide or cannot purchase a property?
As soon as we have been instructed we start looking for your prefect home. The registration fee is non-refundable once
paid as it helps cover the search costs. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances there is a temporary delay our searches
can be deferred and resumed later for the remainder of the 16 weeks.
What happens if I want to change my property requirements during the search period?
Hopefully during our initial consultation we will have a thorough understanding of the type of property you want, however if
you decide to re-priorities your requirements please let us know as soon as possible so they can be accommodated into the search.
