Registration fee
A Registration fee of £300 will be required for a 16 week contractual period. This fee is payable before search commences
and is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final fee if we are successful in securing a purchase or rental agreement.
Purchase success fee
1% of the purchase price will be required, payable on completion.
Rent
One months rent, payable on signing of the rental contract.
Orientation tours
An escorted tour of your chosen area familiarising you with the requested amenities, schools, attractions is available for a fee of £300 per day.
Refurbishment/Redecoration
These services are trailer made and therefore priced per job.
