The consultation
Once we have received your registration form we will arrange a non obligation consultation to ascertain a detailed brief of your exact
requirements.
Our initial consultation normally lasts 1 to 2 hours and we prefer to do this at your present residence.
This will give you a better appreciation of our service and us a greater understanding of your current life
style and tastes.
At the end of consultation we aim to have a thorough understanding of the type of property that you desire and
prioritise your requirements.
The search
As soon as we have received a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions and the registration fee we will then carry out an extensive search.
This will include contacting estate agents, searching relevant web sites and reviewing local property papers.
Viewings
We conduct initial viewings of suitable properties. A report of the short list of the best is completed including
photographs or video footage (vendor permitting) and a list of positive and negative aspects of the properties.
Of theses properties we can also provide a comprehensive area report such as schooling, leisure facilities and transport links.
The contents of this report would again be tailored to your individual requirements.
This service is especially useful if you live many miles from your new area and would like to narrow down the search even
further before you make the journey to visit the properties yourself.
We will arrange and accompany you on second viewings of your chosen properties. This would allow us to record your
feelings of the property and refine any subsequent searches.
Negotiations
Once a property is agreed upon, we use our experience and knowledge of the local market, to negotiate a purchase price
on your behalf.
Throughout the process we will update customers with verbal and written reports on a regular basis.
Completion day assistance
On your moving day we aim to assist you in any way possible to ensure the day goes smoothly. We also supply a welcome pack
containing everything from Take Away menus to local information; we will even ensure that the fridge is stocked with some of
the essentials.
